Job Description:

Hiring a dynamic and TECHNICAL PRESALES MANAGER with an experience in IT consulting and software services. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the technicalities involved in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and good knowledge of IT framework. The role demands hands-on experience in crafting responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, along with the ability to make accurate estimations and engage in client-facing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams and technical teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals.
  • Conduct requirement analysis and create solution proposals that align with client needs and business goals.
  • Understanding of estimates for project costs and timelines.
  • Participate in client calls to gather requirements, present proposals, and discuss solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between the sales and technical teams to ensure the smooth transition of project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral such as case studies, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all documents are tailored to client needs and showcase the company's strengths and capabilities.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of mobile and web app development processes, including relevant technologies and frameworks.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and solution offerings.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of presales processes and methodologies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:

  •  Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology
  • 8 years of experience in a presales or similar role within the IT consulting and software services industry.
  • Should have grown from a software develeoper role to Presales Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and good understanding of IT concepts.
  • Experience in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and proposal development.
  • Good knowledge of mobile and web app development processes, technologies, and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
