Job Description:

Flexsin Technologies is hiring KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS. Their primary responsibility is to oversee all matters pertaining to customer accounts. This role will involve documenting the client’s requirements, concerns, or other requests. Additionally, they are responsible for strengthening current consumer ties and establishing lasting alliances. An account manager is also accountable for maintaining continuous contact with clients, as well as trying to identify the services that best meet each client’s unique needs. Additionally, they collaborate with different departments as and when required to provide an enhanced client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing set of customers and work towards growing the revenue from each customer.
  • Develops new business by analyzing account potential, initiating, developing, and closing sales, and recommending new applications and sales strategies.
  • Identifies potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customers; identifying and evaluating additional needs; and analyzing opportunities. Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; and scheduling appointments.
  • Develop sales by making initial presentations; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.
  • Develop new applications by preparing specifications; and conferring with product engineering.
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; and preparing contracts.
  • Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; and analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
 
 

REQUIRED SKILLS /EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development field in Software Services.
  • Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA).
  • Proven ability to build and manage large accounts in the software services organisation.
  • Lead and motivate a team, manage multiple projects, and drive results.
  • Effective verbal and written communication for client interactions, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Expertise in closing deals, managing complex sales cycles, and negotiating high-value contracts.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans, analyze market data, and solve complex business challenges.
  • Experienced with CRM systems and other business development tools to manage client relationships and track progress.
  • Strong capability to interpret market data, evaluate performance metrics, and make informed decisions.
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the successful execution of business initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, embrace new ideas, and drive innovation within the business development function.
